A full-body approach to naturally optimizing fertility and preparing for pregnancy.

Identifies key issues such as: • Hormonal imbalances • Gut health • Inflammation or immune factors • Lifestyle and environmental stressors

Includes personalized recommendations for: • Herbal medicine • Nutrition and lifestyle • Functional lab testing (as needed)

Typically involves weekly visits for 16 weeks to allow for real change.

Partner participation is important. They usually don’t attend weekly treatments but should be open to making supportive lifestyle changes.

Ideal for: • Couples trying to conceive naturally • Individuals preparing for fertility treatment • Anyone seeking a personalized fertility plan

Initial Visit – Non-Fertility New Patients Only

For those seeking support for: • Digestive issues • Menopausal symptoms • Stress or anxiety • Minor musculoskeletal pain • Prenatal or postnatal care

We’ll review your health history, symptoms, and goals. Acupuncture may be included, depending on complexity.

Most patients receive: • A custom herbal formula ($40–$60) • Personalized lifestyle and home care guidance

Most see progress in 6–12 visits, typically weekly or biweekly.

Dr. Emily Rea holds a Doctorate Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA. She is a second-generation acupuncturist who relocated to NWA in 2021 after practicing with her mom in Phoenix, AZ since 2015. She has a special focus in women’s health including menstrual disorders, subfertility, infertility and supportive care for IVF. When she is not in the clinic you can find her in the gym training for olympic weightlifting or going for a walk around NWA with her husband and dog. Her favorite things are great single origin coffees, red dirt music and being a dog mom.
